If you’ve ever wanted to attract your local avian population without buying a whole bird feeder, this quick craft is the way to go. Kids can spread the peanut butter and roll the seed, while you place it on a high tree branch for a passing flock.

  • Toilet paper roll
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Birdseed
  • Butter knife

Procedure:

1. Spread peanut butter all over the outside of a toilet paper roll.
2. Roll in birdseed so it’s almost completely covered.
3. Place on branch and wait for birds!
