Robert Kiyosaki, the author of “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” has warned that the “biggest stock market crash in history” is coming in February 2025. He believes this crash will lead to massive sales in cars, houses, stocks, and bonds. “In ‘Rich Dad’s Prophecy’ (2013), I warned the biggest stock market crash in history was coming.

That crash will be in February 2025,” Kiyosaki stated. Kiyosaki sees a silver lining in the impending crash, noting that “in a crash everything goes on sale.” He advises investors to “get out of fake and into crypto, as well as gold and silver,” suggesting that even owning a small amount of Bitcoin could lead to significant wealth. The author believes Bitcoin’s potential lies in two economic principles: Gresham’s Law and Metcalfe’s Law.

Gresham’s Law states that when bad money enters a system, good money goes into hiding. Kiyosaki likens gold and silver to “good money” that has been hiding from “fake” US dollars.

Metcalfe’s Law pertains to technologies that benefit from network effects, stating that a network’s value is directly related to the number of its users. Kiyosaki applies this to Bitcoin, asserting that its value will increase as more people adopt it. This is not the first time Kiyosaki has expressed bullish sentiments about Bitcoin.

In March 2024, he predicted that Bitcoin would hit $300,000. As of now, Bitcoin is trading at $100,939. It is important to note that Kiyosaki’s opinions are not investment advice.

Investors should perform their own due diligence before making any high-risk investments in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or digital assets. Any losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the investor.
