Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ inner circle has spoken out in a new documentary trailer, revealing disturbing allegations about the music mogul’s behavior. The 90-minute special, titled “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy,” is set to premiere on Peacock on January 14. The trailer features candid interviews with individuals close to Combs, including his former bodyguard, intern, makeup artist, and producer.
One interviewee states, “Honestly, I didn’t want to be around him unless there were cameras,” suggesting a troubling environment surrounding Combs. The documentary includes accounts from Combs’ childhood friends and a winner from his music competition series “Making the Band.” Al B. Sure!, a producer and singer-songwriter who worked with Combs at Uptown Records and dated Kim Porter before her relationship with Combs, also appears in the film.
New footage shows Diddy partying both at home and in the studio, providing context for the allegations. An anonymous interviewee claims, “I’ve been with Sean for quite a while, and I’ve captured many moments.
The making behind Diddy’s facade
Any time a studio or any room is red, he’s making love and sex. Some of the ones who went in the room, for sure were underage.”
Combs has been accused of rape, child sexual abuse, and sexual misconduct by multiple individuals for incidents occurring between 1991 and 2023. Following a grand jury indictment, he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
Combs is currently awaiting trial in Brooklyn, having pleaded not guilty to all federal criminal charges filed in 2024. “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy” is produced by Ample Entertainment, Blink Films, and FGW Productions. The documentary is one of several projects exploring the allegations against Combs, with Netflix and ID developing their own series on the subject.
The trailer provides a glimpse into the dark side of Combs’ rise to fame and the alleged abuse that occurred behind closed doors. As one woman in the documentary states, “Sean Combs is a monster.” The film aims to offer crucial insights into the factors that shaped Combs and the toxic environment associated with his career in the music industry.
